It's important to note that our print orders are fulfilled by a trusted third-party printer, so your feedback is crucial for us to facilitate refunds on affected items.

30-Day Return Policy: You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return or refund. To initiate a return, kindly contact us with your query, and if needed, attach photos to demonstrate any quality or delivery issues. We're eager to assist you promptly.

Quality Assurance: Once our quality assurance team confirms the validity of your claim, we will expedite a complimentary replacement order for you.

Return Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that we can only process returns that have been requested in advance, so don't forget to contact us first.

Damages and Issues: We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you discover any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and rectify it promptly. Please keep in mind that certain items, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Insufficient Address: In the event that your shipment is returned due to an insufficient address, it will be handled securely. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you of the refund's approval status. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Exemption: Please note that this policy does not apply to online digital content once it has been downloaded, as well as goods made to order or personalized. Since Kiki Creations primarily offers made-to-order goods and digital content, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply for change-of-mind refunds.

Color Consistency Note: We strive for color consistency by using the same print machines, paper types, and processes as our print partners. However, it's important to understand that printing is a chemical process, and achieving 100% consistency is not always possible. Various factors, such as machine type, settings, paper types, room humidity, and maintenance schedules, can influence color variations. Please be aware that minor color variations due to these factors are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
