How long does shipping take?

There are Printing Factories Globally, so we will have one near your location. Shipping takes between 4-10 days. Find out more about shipping times here

How do I track my order?

Each order gets an order number upon checkout, Once your order is shipped - usually in 2 working days at most. A Tracking link will be sent to your email address.

How long does it take to process my return?

It takes on average 2 working days to Process a return or Refund.

Can I exchange for a different item?

If the order was a made to order print , then no exchanges can be made but store credit can be given.

Where do I find my Digital Download?

Once purchased the Digital content will be in your inbox. If you gave the wrong email address in error, please contact us and we will make this right.

What is a Digital Product and how do I download it?

Step 1: Understanding Digital Products

A digital product is like a book or a song, but it lives on your computer instead of on a shelf. You can't touch it, but you can see or listen to it on your screen.

Step 2: Receiving via Email

  • Imagine an email as a digital letter.
  • Open the email by clicking on it in your email program.

Step 3: Downloading from Email

  • Inside the email, click on the digital file, which will come as a PDF.
  • The computer will ask where to put it. Choose "Downloads" - it's like a special drawer for things from the internet.

Step 4: Finishing the Download

  • The computer may show a progress bar while it brings in the item.
  • When it's done, find the item in your 'Downloads' folder.

Step 5: Downloading from a Website

  • When you finish at the checkout and payment is successful, a downlaod button will appear on the final payment page.
  • Click on the "Download" or "Get" button.

Step 6: Saving the Item

  • The computer will ask where to save it. Choose your 'Downloads' folder, if it doesn't ask, you will find it in your downloads folder after it has finished downloading.

Step 7: Opening the Downloaded Item

  • After downloading, open your file explorer (or Finder on Mac) and look for the 'Downloads' folder. The PDF can be viewed in an app called Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Step 8: How to edit or write digitally on the PDF

  • You will need to add this file into an AI note-taking app. Some good suggestions my customers use are the below: Goodnotes, Notability, Evernote etc. If you need more help, please don't hesitate to contact me.
  • Step 9: How to print your file. Once the file has been downloaded and opened this file can be printed on any computer or professionally, whichever way you choose. I suggest printing on both sides ( if possible) of the page to keep your print page numbers down.
